This resource guide is a component of a project completed by IREX TGC fellow, Arlis Groves, for the initial 2011/2012 program year. IREX, International Research & Exchanges Board, is an international nonprofit organization providing thought leadership and innovative programs to promote positive lasting change globally. TGC, the Teachers for Global Classrooms Program, provides a professional development opportunity for middle and high school teachers from the United States to participate in a program aimed at globalizing teaching and learning in their classrooms. Funding is provided by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
